The device is not accurate, natural diamonds sometimes shown as lab diamonds. Seller refused full refund.

Tried contacting this company via email because it stopped working. Only shows up as a simulant, on all stones. For 1000 dollars you would think they could recalibrate or at least call or write back to a customer who has issues with their product. It's been 3 weeks, and no response.Tims trading post and pawn.
