I have been using this finish for quite a few years and can’t say a negative thing about it. Easy clean up, fast drying, lays even and smooth and dries nice and hard. Doesn’t yellow on white over time.

Get a professional quality finish at a reasonable price. Would recommend an HVLP sprayer for application. Beautiful finish and water based, easy clean-up.

Easy to apply. (Make sure you have a good sprayer.) Dries quickly and looks great.

Followed instructions to a T - at least the few instructions that were present. Sprayed via HVLP sprayer. Finish lacked luster of 'regular' lacquer and I could literally scrape it off with my fingernail. This is the second purchase from 'General Finishes' that I've regretted, and will no longer consider their product lines.

I sprayed this lacquer on kitchen drawers I built and it went on smoothly and has a great shine. Time will tell how well it stands up to kitchen wear and tear, but looks great so far.Update after 3 months: the finish still looks perfect and is standing up to heavy kitchen storage use. I see several negative reviews, but this product has been great for me. I am a home do it yourselfer but I did buy good equipment and sprayed HPLV 210 tip and it went on beautifully, and it’s smooth as silk still. I sprayed 2 coats sanding sealer, sanded with 220, 2 coats of this lacquer, sanded with 220, then finish coat. Couldn’t be happier and will use this on the many more drawers I’m building for my kitchen remodel.

This stuff is for a professional level shop, almost 0 wait time, but you have to be fast and prepared. Also, requires the use of a HVLP spray system. That being said, I am not a professional woodworker but do have the equipment and it was pretty easy to use and very forgiving.
