I've used these products for bowling, red, black, blue and beige, for 5 yrs now and after i take them off, i had no residual pain. The copper infusion strands really take the pain out of my wrist and elbow! I have given some of my strips to others and all have said tge same thing. One has even started buying these himself. I highly reccomend these tapes to any bowler having pain in their arms or legs!

I have Systemic Lupus and the main exercise I get bowling. Last summer was the worse flareups I had ever experienced with this illness. I hurted all summer and fall in different places daily. It just would not go away. Stayed indoors with bling closed, no lights and air on. Then my achilles to my hamstring and buttocks began paining me. Bowling league started in Sept and I had to get SUBS for both my leagues, for about 8 weeks. Someone told me to try KT tape. I did and what a difference the Copper infused K-Motion Tape made. I missed wrapped my leg and burn/tore my skin. But I learned how to use the tape and it elevated the pain in my hamstring and most of the knive-like pains in my achilles. I found a sell and purchased all they had 7 packages. This take would last me about 6 days with showering daily. I would just reanchor pieces that were peeling. Finally, the winter came and I was able to bowl almost painfree until the first of March. Now there is NO BOWLING, because of the coronavirus. But this GENESIS K-MOTION TAPE was a GOD SENT, MORAL BOOSTER and got me back to bowling.

This product is great! Leaves little (if any) residue and isn’t that bad to remove. If you need to cut the tape, it is super easy! Colors can pop, if that is what you need as well. I use it for bowling and my wrist. Half strip up back of hand and just past wrist joint, and a full strip around my wrist with medium pressure. I (personally) have no more pain. This tape works as an added tendon; taking pressure from the spots that were hurting. Cannot Recommend Enough!!!

Work great and adheres better and for longer than all the rest... Copper infused is a bonus, but I'd buy these over all the others even without the copper just because of how much better it sticks. I like the colors, but being a girl, I do kinda wish they had designs to choose from too ( like some others have)... Designs are fun for girls. Not just for bowlers- I use these for my chronic back pain and idk why but seems to help... Have been able to cut back on the pain meds, which is huge(chronic back and neck pain since 1999). My doctor is even now recommending kinesiology tape to his patients.
