This is my favorite tape by far. The holes make it feel more natural with how my body moves. I have ehlers danlos, so I go through a lot of tape. My skin is also quite sensitive but I’ve never had a blister or a tear with this stuff.

Worked pretty good. Had a little difficulty getting it to stick compared to KT tape but once I figured that out it worked fine.

OK TAPE Perforated Kinesiology Tape for Sensitive Skin, More Breathable, Elastic Athletic Tape for Pain Relief & Muscle Support, Uncut 2 Rolls - 2in x 16.4ft (Black)Used by the athletic training department at the high school. This is different because it has holes which make it more breathable in the heat. It adheres well and stretches as it should for muscle support.This does not tear and must be cut. With that being said, it is very sturdy and durable and will not roll or come off with sweat. it is very easy to put on as we cut a lot of different pieces and apply to the affected area. It is not too thick nor too thin. This is just as good as the large brand for less cost.

This tape is slightly thinner than ones I have used before but it still has the right amount of stretch and adhesion to be effective. The holes provide more breathability to the skin. This is a really nice feature and sets this tape apart from others on the market. I like that it stays on well and still comes off easily when removing it. I have sensitive skin so the ability to remove tape without irritation is important to me.

I work with elderly clients who have thin, sensitive skin and have issues tolerating typical KT tape. I decided to try this product on myself first before using it with clients. Initially, I wasn’t sure about the holes in the design, but I gave it a try.The tape is made from standard KT tape cotton with adhesive and comes in a roll with cutting lines, allowing you to cut the desired length. I used it on my shoulder, and it worked well. I wore it for a full day and had no issues removing it—no irritation or discomfort. Removal is easier if done carefully, especially when the tape is wet. Overall, I think this is a great option for those with sensitive skin who don’t need heavy support.

I have chronic lower back pain from disc issues, and sitting for long periods is unbearable. I first tried kinesiology tape out of desperation, and now I use it constantly—at least once or twice a week. This tape provides immediate relief by lifting the skin and easing nerve pressure. Not all brands work well, but this one does exactly what it should! The perforated design makes it a bit easier to remove, which is great since it sticks really well. Also, a two pack is a nice bonus! If you struggle with nerve pain, I highly recommend giving this a try!* Edit: this tape won’t stay on my back, it just keeps rolling up on the edges then comes all the way off my back. The edges of the tape come up WAY too easily so it will brush against my pants and then all the edges stick to my pants then the whole strip on my back rolls into a ball and is useless. These strips are basically useless since I can’t get them to not roll off are get stuck to my pants. (I use tape strips on my lower back) I thought the perforation would help somehow but I think all they actually do is make the tape stick less to your skin. Not a fan!

This tape is pretty decent. We use a lot of athletic tape in our house for a variety of different reasons. This one’s interesting because it has the holes in it. I recently started using this on my wife’s plantar fasciitis on her foot in order to give some extra support. For that purpose it hasn’t been amazing, but it is functional. The only thing I can say is that unlike other tapes you’ve had this one does get fairly sticky so if you leave it on for long period of time let’s say 24+ hours it’s going to be more difficult to get off unlike some of the other athletic tapes that we’ve used. With that said it is good quality and I like the width of it and it is fairly stretchable in order to get into position. It is good quality, which is probably the most important thing. It seems like it’s a pretty good value for the price that we’re payingand we’ll put it on our list as a possible re-order.
