MADE GOOD ICE INITIALY THEN WATER STARTED TO FILL UP FROM THE INSIDE WHICH OVERFLOWED/LEAKED ON THE FLOOR. I CLEANED AND MADE SURE THE FILTERS WERE NOT BLOCKED, BUT EVERY 3- OR 4-DAYS WATER WAS OVERFLOWING FROM THE INSIDE AND LEAKING ON THE FLOOR. CONTACTED GEVI, SENT THEM A VIDEO, AND NOW I AM WAITING FOR A REPLACEMENT. THIS IS MY SECOND GEVI ICEMAKER AND THE FIRST TIME I HAD THIS PROBLEM. ALSO, THE FILTER/SCREEN ON THE INSIDE OF THE ICEMAKER IS NOT SAME ONE PICTURED IN THE OWNER MANUAL.

We did multiple cleaning cycles and it still did not make ice. After reading reviews here, many people had the same issue. We ensured the machine was plugged in, we cleaned it manually and with the cycles, we ensured we emptied the tubing in the back to drain the water. Unsuccessful. Do not recommend. We had to obviously send it back and it was a true hassle.

Easy to use, easy to clean, easy all over. Ice is chewable and the perfect size. Everyone that comes over wants this machine! Quiet and fits perfectly on the counterโฆ bigger than I thought but I need a lot of ice.
