Coffee Beans Selection
For optimal espresso, use freshly roasted Arabica beans within 0-20 days of roasting. It's rich in lipids and sugar but low in caffeine. It's the most widely used coffee beans.

Pre-heating Cup & Portafilter
Preheat your cup with hot water on the Cup Warming Tray for optimal coffee flavor. Also, warm the portafilter and filter basket to speed up and enhance extraction.

Prepare for Extraction
Consistent extraction temp isa key to pefect espresso. Purge the Group Head with hot water to preheat, then press the 1 SHOT/2 SHOT Button to flush the system.

Milk Foam
For ideal microfoam, use 100mL of milk in a 300-350mL stainless steel steaming pitcher. Before starting, always check and refill the water tank if needed.
