I had my doubts when we ordered it but my wife and I love it! Easy to use and maintain. The drinks are good when settings are adjust according to the directions for your water hardness.I suggest this product.

This is the second Philips brewer we have owned.This one has a lot more features that make it a great value.The older model worked great but was a little finnicky when it came to do the calcification cycle.

Not sure if the machine is broken or what but made over 15 cups of coffee and unable to make one single decent cup. Had two Delonghi super automatic espresso machines in the past and was able to tweak it to make two long espresso with extra water so I was able to press one button and get an acceptable cup of “coffee”. This one can also do a double but it does one cup and then grinds more beans and do another. At the highest setting for the water I think it only gave me 3 ounces so this double coffee was only 6 ounces.It was also so weak even though I set the grind to 3/4 way smallest and the aroma to the strongest. I can tell it was going to be weak bc I’m use to hearing my Delonghi grind the coffee for a certain period of time. This was only a fraction of it (almost like a fifth of the tinge). When I checked the discarded pucks they were very loose and thin abs the waste pod was filled with water!!!! Not sure amid this was water that comes out after each cup (the Delonghi didn’t do after each cup but when the ms hive shuts off and the water is usually in the drip pan - never with the pucks).Started a return the same day I received it 😞. Really really wanted to love this machine as I missed being able to make a fresh bean to cup of coffee whenever I want it.

I haven’t had a chance to try this coffee machine because it comes to me already broken. The box was having multiple scotch tape on it and was also broken, it wasn’t a new coffee machine most likely it refurbished. I got Saeco incanto an I am very happy with it.
