Has extra check no ground no neutral.Really like hold feature ( 15 seconds ) it doesnt need a button to activate it.Automatically turns power off after 3 minutes to save battery power.Easy to read display.I have tried several outlet testers this is my favourite one.

I have to test out plugs doing services. Sometimes home owners or “handymen” rig plugs to look correct and grounded on regular plug testers, the ones that don’t voltage readings displayed on this tester I purchased.It’s just a little too fat fitting on my tool pouch.Still use it.

Only lasted for about 15 plug tests before it started to go flakes ( would turn off when plugged in). After about 5 attempts it then refused to turn on at all. Batteries are fine. I would avoid this tester.

This device solves the problem I was having, I’m not an electrician and I do not use a multimeter often enough to feel comfortable with it. This plug tells me if the circuit is right and the voltage at the plug. That’s all I need.

Found two ground faults in my living room alone. Now we know why router's keep rebooting, we had the booster rebooting because the outlet was not grounded. Performance was easy to read. Very basic and a good start to fixing your household 👌
