This bottle contains more ink than the Canon GI-21 standard (170ml vs 132ml), so if you try to use the entire bottle in one filling it'll get messy. The bottle is softer than the Canon originals so you can accidentally squeeze and spill ink as well. Aside from those concerns the ink works great. You get more ink for a lower price, you just need to be careful not to spill it.
