Maintenance of Laptop Battery:
- If you don't use the battery for a long time(3 months or more), you should charged the battery to a minimum level of 50%. Otherwise it may not be able to charge again after long time storage.
- Never take out the battery from the laptop while it's charging or discharging
- When discharging the battery,do not discharge to 3% or lower.It is strictly prohibited to discharge the battery until the laptop lost power or 0%
- If your laptop cannot charge or fully charge your NEW battery, there may be possibilities that the adapter does not compatible with the laptop or there’s some damage with the adapter, please switch off your laptop and try again or change to a correct adapter to charge.

I purchased this battery in Jan 2021, by now Sept 2022, the usable life of the battery is about 45 minutes. So after only about 21 months I am once again looking for a new battery. I will spend a bit more this time and hope the new battery is better than this one has been.

I purchased this LNOCCIY M5Y1K Laptop Battery to replace the original battery in my Dell laptop. It was much less expensive than what Dell was asking for an O.E.M. replacement battery. The battery outperforms the original Dell battery by far. It holds a charge far longer. It fit perfectly. Laptop performed flawlessly !

Worked seamlessly on my laptop & was very easy to install. Being a new battery the life is good for now but not sure it will continue to hold a decent charge for.

Just received today. My computer went into hibernation at 5% so hopefully it will still be ok. Had a little trouble installing but eventually went in fine. Will update if any other problems.
