I have some battery operated candles that came without holders and used them during the holidays with seasonal holders but needed some for year round and these fit the bill. I put them right in and they stand perfectly. The others weren't quite heavy enough and were easy to tip over. That is not an issue with these so I am satisfied with their functionality. The appearance is just what you see. There should be no surprises.

Clear simple glass candle holders. They are a thick glass so they don't brake easily. They aren't heavy but they do have a little weight to them. They hold a standard tapered candle. Good price.

Bought these for Valentine’s Day. We always have a candle light dinner as a family and my kids love it! I used to do tea lights when my kids were younger but now that they are older, we can do taller tapered candles. These were shipped in a way that I can keep them stored in the original packing. Super budget friendly as the next option from my local store was $3 for each holder.

This set of four simple glass candle holders are heavy enough to hold a candle, without adding a lot of height. This can be great, especially when used in a table setting. When you have a nice meal with people you care about – with great décor, food, and conversation, it can just be irritating if you are having to talk around the table décor, leaning to the right and left just to make eye contact with the people across from you.Also, there are many times when you don’t want the candle holder to distract from everything, (or anything), else. These candle holders can quietly do their jobs, providing a base for candles that light the décor and blend a bit with whatever background you may choose.The only issue I have with these candle holders is they are not designed well enough. In my opinion, when you insert a taper candle into a well-made candle holder, the candle slides in easily and sits upright without a struggle. I could not get the candles to sit straight up in each of the candle holders without some type of putty or something to help. That should be easy enough for us to work around and, hopefully, the manufacturer or designer of these candle holders can tweak the shape.

These come wrapped tight in styrofoam and tape so there was no damage upon arrival! They seem to be sturdy enough that if I dropped them they might not break immediately. It’s super easy to put a taper candle in these but make sure it’s not crooked before you light

I ordered these glass candlestick holders to put my Luminara 9.5” tapered candles in. They work pretty well for that purpose! The holders are well-made, well-packaged, the glass material is clear, and they look nice on my bookshelf with my tapered candles in them.My Luminara tapered candles fit well in these candlestick holders and are secure (I can move them around without worrying about the candle falling out). However, I do wish that the little cupped area you set the bottom of the candle in was a little deeper just to give it even more security since it’s a little shallow in my opinion. I will also say that you have to be kind of careful sticking Luminara tapered candles in these candlestick holders. If you push them down to try and get them really secure, there’s a chance that doing so will accidentally hit the control button on the bottom and turn your candle off (this happened to me a few times when I was setting them up). I have all my candles set on a timer though so once I initially got them set up and secured, I didn’t have to worry about the holder accidentally turning my candles off or having to take the candles in/out to turn them on and off every night.

I've been looking for a while for simple and short candle holders to use with 12 inch tapers and 2.5 inch hurricane shades to keep the drafts off the candles. These are perfect. The part that holds the candle is slightly tapered in toward the base, so it's very easy to get candles of slighly different base sizes in and straight - no melted wax in the base to hold the candle up is necessary. With the candle seated in the base it's simple to adjust it slightly to make it straight - the tapered holder keeps the candle in place. The glass has no seam, and the very base has a slight lip to it so that if a small amount of wax did drip down it would be contained - although I will still use bobeches. Good value for the price, too, and significant volume discounts available for events.
