Global Caché GC-BL2 IR Blaster
The GC-BL2 IR Blaster is the perfect solution to any IR signal strength problem with your Global Caché iTach WF2IR, IP2IR, IP2IR-P Converters or GC-100 Network Adapters. It transmits infrared signals of up to 40-feet across a room and operates in 30~500 kHz IR modulation frequency range. The GC-BL2 boosts the infrared signal of GC-100-06, GC-100-12, GC-100-18, and GC-100-18R network adapters. The IR Blaster can be used with GC-100 models without a power supply or connecting block.

Although this is advertised to work with the ITach IP2IR it does not. I purchased one and it would not work. While looking on the Global Cache community I read "Sadly, the GC-BL2 is only compatible with the GC-100 family of products and will not work with an iTach unit. If you are having problems getting.....". Waste of time!
