I can't wait until my husband and I can play this lawn dart game with our granddaughters. We haven't had the chance yet, so I can't tell you how well the darts fly and land. However, I can say that the safe design with the heavier rounded bottoms will make them easier to toss and less lethal than the kind they had when I was a kid. I'm not sure about the price, though. It seems a little pricey to me, when it comes down to it.

Reminds me of the “Jarts” game I played as a kid - and am fortunate to still be here to tell the tale. This is a safer version that is well made and fun for the entire family. Comes with four ten” diameter rings that can have two rings hooked together to make two 20” diameter rings to be used as targets for the weighted “darts”. This is a good way to make the targets easier or more difficult as a way to level the playing field with players of various ages/skill levels. The “darts” are well made and nicely weighted for throwing.A fun game for the entire family at a reasonable price.

This is a good outdoor game that everyone can play. You can play in the backyard or take the convenient carry bag with you somewhere fun like the beach.Included are 4 darts, 2 targets, instructions and a carry bag. The targets are hoops that are twisted to fit them into the bag. Notice that there is a connection on each hoop where the tubes can turn. You can turn the tubes to straighten the hoop to allow it to lay flat more easily.The mechanics of throwing the darts toward the target is more complicated and different from other outdoor games. You cannot just roll the ball toward the target because of the tail. When you throw the dart, it is a dart and easy to throw but it bounces like a ball except a little wildly with the tail. When we first started, we started getting near the target but the dart bounced all over. Once you start to get a feel for how the dart will bounce around, you get better but it is no sure thing. So, complicated enough to keep it interesting. If you get too good, just move the targets farther away.My 5 y.o. grandson enjoyed playing with us and was the first one to actually get a dart to stay in the target. Throwing and hitting things is really his thing.If you'd like to add an outdoor game to your friend and family time, I can recommend this lawn dart game.

I have grandchildren so I am always looking for fun outside games. Years ago I had a set of lawn darts with the pointed ends and they were pretty dangerous, but I did like playing the game. When I had seen these on Amazon I thought they would be perfect to use with the grandchildren. The set comes fully assembled and includes a storage bag. The darts are made of mostly hard plastic with a weighted rubber tipped end. The darts are not super heavy, but keep in mind that they still would put a knot on someone’s head if you’re not careful. The rings are thin plastic tubing and they work as they should. When you throw the darts they tend to bounce a little. The harder the ground or shorter the grass the more they tend to bounce. The bounce is not excessive and I guess this should be expected considering the design. Overall, they work well enough and are a lot of fun to play!

Whatever happened to the old-style metal darts that could send you to the hospital?? Jus kidding, yes years ago these were made with heavy metal dart ends that could and would do serious injury to the human head. These are made of soft rubber ends that still perform the same but soooooo much safer and still all the fun. My grandsons spend hours of fun playing with these. Highly recommended.

This is a fun yard game that is good for kids and kids-at-heart. It takes 2 seconds to learn and keeps folks entertained and outside! Great for backyard bbqs, parties, and family gatherings. It’s a winner for my family!
