Nice light set - I like the remote with physical buttons. I have another light where there are no physical controls and you have to set up an app - what a hassle!There are lots of adjustments you can make with the remote.Overall, easy to use, pricing feels right for what you get.

This light is packed with features! It's great for small tanks (5-10 gallons). It offers full-spectrum lighting with adjustable colors and intensity, including a moonlight mode that my fish seem to enjoy, and so do I! The included remote control makes it easy to customize settings without fiddling directly with the light. I really don't care much for the lights that have the remote built onto the cord.Programming the timer can be a bit tricky and isn’t very intuitive. I ended up using an external smart outlet as it just works better with my setup. The light’s brightness is excellent for smaller tanks, though the narrow beam means it’s best suited for narrower tanks or mounting higher to improve coverage.Overall, this light balances quality, versatility, and affordability well, ideal for anyone looking to upgrade their planted tank setup.

Currently using this light on a terrarium. I really like the blend of white and full spectrum LEDs that I haven’t been able to find elsewhere.I don’t find the remote very functional. The light timer has basically stopped working and I just use a digital timer to turn the light on and off

I put the 9w version of this light on a 5 gallon tank, put it on the "Plant" setting, and got about 85 par at the bottom of the tank. It is pretty bright and it will definitely grow your plants. It also fits my 6g Aqueon cube tank perfectly. This little thing has some versatility.The build quality feels nice and sturdy. The brackets on the side feel secure and hold their position pretty firmly. The body of the light feels solid. I definitely like that in comes with a remote control to customize everything. They even had the courtesy to include a little velcro cable tie, which doesn't go unappreciated in this household. It has a blue spotlight in the center, which weirded me out initially... but ultimately, I think I like it. It is a really cute feature in the Moon mode.It is easy to install and easy to get going, but still has the customization features for those that like to tweak settings. Having the built-in timer is a great feature too. Great light!

This item came well packed in a compact box with power supply and a remote control, but no AAA batteries included (which I already knew). The directions were simple to follow to set up the remote and get the light programmed with the timer and diming function. The legs are sturdy and hold it above the top of the tank to help spread the light a bit more. I have not had to touch it in two weeks since I set it up/programmed it, and am happy with it. I needed a shorter 18" fixture that would fit on a 65 gal tank front to back for our turtle, to avoid getting too hot from the basking heat lamp, and this was perfect. Auto on/off, bright during daytime, and a blue LED to simulate moonlight at night. I also like that it came with a velcro strap to help manage the extra cord length.

Like many people said it's hard to set up the timer. I like the light has so many features. Especially, I love the moonlight feature not only me but also fish love it. However, I can never figure out to set the timer. I ended up to use a regular outlet timer.

Have another Glowrium with the programmable switch, but I simply could not wrap my head around how to do it. Was not interested in an app based system. Found this instead with the remote control.I am a happy person. Has presets for fish, plants and moonlight. I just needed to set the timing. Works as I need it to and much easier for me to navigate. I can set a personalized timer, but don't need to go that route at this time.Unit is solid and no issues. Good value for the money.
