I really like that it comes with a small case, 10 glue sticks, an attached metal stand, and a power button. The back of the box is informative so read that first as it's the only place with instructions. It says to remove the glue when it cools but there's no way to do so. Doesn't work well unless you keep feeding glue into it, and stops once it gets halfway melted, nothing comes out. Beware of the tip because that gets very hot.

I bought this product for my toddler crafts and listen! Waste of my time! It came in a cheap looking plastic bag and not a case. Then it doesn’t work at all! No light came in it when plugged in. I literally just waste my money purchasing this item.

For a hot glue gun, this stays pretty cool. It works well and is a good value for the price.

My favorite part of this glue gun was that the glue coming out really wasn’t burn your fingers hot. My little niece was able to use it and not burn herself. Everyone at my craft event was wanting to use my little hot glue gun!! The carrying case makes it perfect for storing and easy transport. Everyone asked me where I got it and was so shocked when I told them the price.
