I've only used it for baking cakes so far.Perhaps the thing I like the most is that it comes apart completely making cleaning trivial.It holds as much cake batter as a 9" round.The non-stick surface is excellent.If you have a long plate, it makes an excellent presentation. Also looks good diagonally across a cutting board, flowers or fruit lying around it.The cakes are easy to slice and share making it good for buffet.

They work well but the black enamel is chipping and peeling off after only two uses.
