This barndoor kit is specifically designed for the Godox AD200Pro, and it fits just as expected.The results are gorgeous, and I'd like to use this lighting modifier in the future.Some complain about its ineffectiveness with larger subjects, but the size and power output of the AD200Pro is the limiting factor here. I found that it works very well with smaller subjects.With that said, the installation/removal process is so tremendously difficult. I literally had to use a prying kit for electronics that I keep for opening up desktops and other larger electronics. So yeah, not fun at all. Nevertheless, I still recommend this.

Fit perfectly on the Godox AD200, easy to use and helps control light spill in a different way. I wish the side doors were wider for futher control, but overall it works for what you need it. Don't expect it to be a snoot or create hard lines, but it will help contain the light in the general direction necessary.

This barndoors kit is a great, compact accessory that helps you shape and control light with the ad200pro2. The barndoors hold their positions and are not flimsy. The grid helps to further reduce light spread. The color gels are also a nice touch for creativity but i would have much preferred some CTO gels. It is very simple to use and the entire kit fits in most of my bags when fully loaded.

It's a functional barn door set with cheesy colored gels that will collect dust as they're primary colors...I like corrective colors and subtle colors...like amber...mimic a sunset.Anyway this thing is a GIANT PAIN to put on and off and you have to press real hard while rubbing the metal mount on your PLASTIC AD200...yes it will scuff...you have to press down real hard to squeeze the plastic of the ad200 to fit on and off...it's plastic...I have trust issues.Also the grid is a giant pain to remove requiring the whole barn door set to be OFF so you can pop it out the rear. If you have this thing mounted to your ad200, then you'll need a fishing hook.For product photos, it may make more sense to use this since it's a small slit. If you need barn door cuts...I've had better luck just getting a full size bowens mount barndoor on an S Bracket for wider shots/portraits. Seems kind of silly to put a small barndoor on a flash this powerful like the ad200 - if you need slits that tiny I think the V1 magnetic barndoor set is more convenient TBH so if you already have that...do you really need it on a powerful flash? I'm sure there's times, but feel like the V1 magnetic barndoor will get used more often as it's quicker and a weaker flash which is generally used for hair / accent lights on barndoors.

I'm a little disappointed with this Godox Barndoor Kit. I ordered this to use with my Godox AD200 Pro II Flash; however, it has its issues. Issue number one: it's really hard to attach to the flash and even harder to remove it. The barndoor's main frame is made of aluminum, and as a result, it's super hard to remove because the frame does not stretch. I really struggle to remove it, and I even had to use a flex scraper to detach it. Second, the honeycomb grid is also made of metal, and removing it from the barn doors is also a struggle. To remove it, I had to push it really hard, but as a result, I ended up bending the grid. Last, instead of including the color filter gels, I wish it had included color correction gels and some diffusers. On the positive side, the metal construction of the barn doors makes them feel firm, allowing for confident opening and closing. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this product unless you are prepared to leave the barn doors permanently attached to your flash, or if you don't mind the struggle of attaching and detaching from the flash.

Great barndoor/grid light modifier for the Godox AD200 Pro II flash unit. Perfect fit (kind of expected since it's from Godox). Only issue is that the barn door was difficult to remove without using a screw driver to pry it off.
