I tuned these according to a process recommended by Jeff Phillips.I began by determining that I was going to be using three under for these arrows and the bow that I was going to be shooting.Don’t have a whole lot of room to cut down on arrows as my draw length is 30 and three-quarter inches.I added a 100 grain brass insert from gold tip into the bear shafts on top of that. I put a 150 grain bullet tip stainless steel out of China.I found that the flight was amazingly straight and using proper form and techniques I was able to group them at 30 yards.A bear shaft at 30 yards for goodness sakes thank you, Jeff Phillips and you know who else. You can see the results if you’re not paying attention and shooting for groups becomes a habit that is costly. Those were arrows number Four, six, seven, and nine.Get the right fine for your bow and draw length and weight and you won’t be disappointed with these arrows.Notice how they split right along the spine? I think the next time I might try using Pin knocks to avoid Robin Hood’s.
