This weather vane totally compliments my garage! I was a little afraid about the bracket that attaches to the roof, that actually holds the vane. Specifically it's ability to adjust to be perpendicular and plumb, but the manufacturers have it figured out. It's pretty self explanatory; but it does come with complete instructions for assembly. I love it.

It doesn’t give accurate wind direction using the roof mount. Why would this be?

Do not buy it, installed this spring. It changed colours turned green. I do not recommend it.

I am using this on top of a cupola.I love the weathervane. The motorcycle has plenty of detail, and looks and feels like it will last a long time. I reached out to customer service twice, they responded very prompt, courteous, generous and extremely helpful. So glad I chose Good Directions!
