The Goodman GPCH3 Packaged Air Conditioner features energy-efficient cooling performance in one self-contained unit. The GPC14H is housed in a heavy-gauge, galvanized-steel cabinet protected by a high-quality, UV-resistant powder-paint finish. This unit allows for ground-level or rooftop applications, and is approved for manufactured or modular homes. THIS ITEM IS NOT A HEAT PUMP.

This unit fincrions well once past the install process, the instructions are generic to several models. The delivery process is quite difficult as you need to contact the shipping company and schedule delivery so it’s definitely not a normal Amazon delivery process.
