I needed to change the tyres to my bicycle, hence I decided for the GORIX Gtoair 700c x 23c 25c.The tires were easy to change and the installation was also easy.I chose the colour red, because my bicycle has red details....and makes my bicycle quicker... (joke).

The tires come folded. On first install buy a clam to keep the tire in the wheel until you come full circle securing a tube with it in the wheel. You can use more clamps. Once inserted in the wheel, the tire conforms to the required shape. No need for a clamp after the first install.

The tires look cool, seem well made. They yellow very quickly in sunlight. My was parked with left-side facing just the late afternoon sun, and the difference between sides is stark. Also the center of the tread stains brown. It doesn't wash off in the wet like my old Maxxis did.Final kicker for me was that they feel slow. I gave up on trying to fit a white tyre as the Maxxis I replaced are no longer made in white. Took these off and went for Conti GP5000 instead. These would be more suited as a rugged commuter for someone who skids a lot, or a trick bike.

It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review, but buyers must be aware what they are getting with these Gorix branded 700x23 tires. First the good: these are good looking tires that come in a variety of colors. The bad: soft tires (especially the white), both tread and sidewalls—they are unsafe for anything more than just low speed, flat and smooth trips around town.I am a daily commuter on a Bianchi Pista fixed gear with brake. My commute is 6mi in the city of Atlanta, and includes hills and some bumpy roads, I have been commuting the same route year-round for 10+ years. I have previously run Continental and Vittoria tires with no issues. I was attracted to the Gorix because of the color options and price point. Within the first 2 weeks of riding these tires I experienced 3 pinch flats despite pumping to 120psi before each ride, in both the red and white color tires. Flats happen, but these were the first tire flats in the last 2 years of commuting this route. However, my bigger concern with these tires is the side walls. Part of my commute is a medium grade downhill through the Emory campus that ends at a small round about. One month after mounting these tires, I was coming down this hill and when I got to the round about the front tire (white color, seated correctly and pumped to 120psi) rolled off the rim resulting in a skid crash damaging the rim. I have never had a properly installed and inflated tire roll on me, ever.Bottom line: If you are a serious rider/commuter or ride fixie with no brakes/skid stop, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your tires. These are show tires for light, flat, slow local rides— but still advise you carry a replacement tube and pump.

The tire are sharp & durable. Cut sidewall yesterday riding on pacific highway in San Diego too many accident debris which I didn’t see. I patched my tube at work and applied aircraft fireproof fiberglass tape to the inner wall of the tire. I didn’t sew the cut because I just wanted to ride three miles to my employee lot. I walked with my bike for a mile to be out of the way of arriving passengers and rode on the sidewalk the rest of the way. The tire isn’t repairable & I’m going to install the older tires until I can save for new tire. The fiberglass tape is to prevent the tube from widening the cut. It hit larger and rubbed against my frame but I was a lot ride 2+ miles on semi smooth sidewalks.
