This tracker is bigger than I imagined. It’s just too bulky for my little terriers neck to be carrying around. Who is also a little confusing to set up in fact, I actually gave up because of the size and the fact that it requires a subscription which I didn’t even think about when I ordered it. So I’ll take responsibility for that, but the size is just a no go for my little dog.

The TKMARS GPS Tracker is quite a substantial tracker! The tracker weighed a substantial 4.6 oz. It is made out a very hard plastic. It is 3.236 inches in length by 1.925 inches in width by 1.447 inches deep. This is quite the hefty device to be keeping around a dog’s neck! More than likely to rotate down towards the front of the windpipe. The device charges much like an Apple watch. It uses a magnetic four pin connector to charge up. There is an activation button on the back. Deactivating the device takes a minute. It also has an LED light on it as well as a speaker. Had interesting features like being able to talk to your dog through the device. The Geofencing with the sound and light alarm is a trip to setup. The device comes with a SIM card to install. There is a screwdriver included to get to the SIM card slot. The GPS software worked alright, and it could be found in the app store. The tracker could be found where the map showed it to be.There is a neon orange dog collar also included in the kit.

I think the coolest thing about this is that you can actually call the card in the collar and talk to your pet. Don't get me wrong. It's a great GPS tracker as well, with real time alerts if your pet leaves a designated area that you've set for them, and live tracking in real time. The fact that I can call and talk to my dog is very unique among GPS collar trackers. I would definitely recommend this collar. Keep in mind it is big.

this device promises a ton of unexpected features which seem very handy and others unnecessary and over the top but its so difficult to set it up. we never got to actually use it solely due to the confusing and out of order instructions, i just gave up on it. i mean really the instruction pamphlet is all over the place, theres no order or relevancy to what youre reading, trying to make sense of it is mind boggling. in theory its a device in a class of its own but good lord how. do. you. get . it . working. for the price theyre asking user friendly instructions should be expected and not desired. also the device itself is large and heavy, definitely NOT for any dogs under 60 lbs imo because its so bulky.

But that’s not realizing no need to pay for a subscription which in my opinion is a complete rip off I would return it if I could, but I can’t

If you’re looking for a reliable tracker for your large, adventurous dog, this GPS device is a great choice. Its real-time tracking and GeoFence alerts give you peace of mind, while the two-way talk feature lets you communicate with your pet remotely—perfect if they tend to wander. The long battery life and 4G connectivity ensure consistent performance, even during extended outings. Just make sure the collar fits comfortably and check for durability if your dog is particularly active. With features like sound and light alarms, it’s a smart investment for keeping your furry friend safe and secure.
