I have successfully used this company’s GPS activated collar with our forever hungry Chocolate Labrador who started wondering the neighborhood for goodies. This device absolutely stopped this behavior and kept our dog always within the defined area surrounding our home. We never had to use the electric shock function as he quickly responded to the beep function alone and accordingly keep the included rubber caps over the electrodes. We also used the collar on family vacations by resetting the parameters to the new locations.The user manual is helpful and easy to understand in managing the device. We were fortunate in having briefly trained our lab to a beeping collar when a puppy so it took no effort to find him responsive to the beep warning five years later. The user manual explains how to use the device without any prior training.We have used this device for over two years without problems but updated to the newer version for its desirable improvements and ease of programing. GPS reception and battery life have never been a problem for us.The only drawback (not really a problem) is to remember to remove the collar when going for a walk or drive away from home to avoid the device’s warning going off outside the programmed radius. The simplicity of this effective device avoids needing a hard wired boundary or fence to limit wandering and made our life as a responsible pet owners so much easier.

The DOGOITM GOS PET WIRELESS FENCE SYSTEM MODEL # GM08 is an outstanding pet boundary device that combines quality, ease of operation, effectivism and affordability. I see no reason to pay hundreds of dollars more on another device to achieve the same result as this dog collar provides. Our large German Shepherd heeds this device’s beckoning as well if not better than the military dog training we have exposed “Yani” to. It creates piece of mind at our home when school buses and speeding vehicles hurry down our street. You just never know if a rabbit, squirrel or other pest might trigger the chase instinct in your pet. This wonderful device certainly gives me piece of mind. Oh, and I’ve also used it to teach Yani how to retrieve and drop frisbees at my feet! I love this device!

I love the battery life on this collar and the fact that it is water proof. I have ordered multiple of these collars becuser they work so well! I also love how big of a radius you are able to set. Overall, this is a great, reliable collar.

It helps to have an already fenced in area to train your dog at first, that way if the dog tries to run away it won't get past the fence, then once your dog is trained you won't need a fence anymore. It's a good value for the money compared to the more expensive dog training collars, it's easy to program and simple to use although it would be nice if someone would make a U tube video on how to set it up and train your dog. The battery is good for fifty hours and it takes about six hours to fully charge it.

This collar really works!! We are on 6 acres but it isn’t fenced in. Our lab puppy would wonder off or even make her way to the main road! We had to do something, I mean we couldn’t keep her in the house all the time. Then we found this collar and we are loving it. She has the freedom to be outside and play. It didn’t take no time for her to learn and get trained. This collar really works!

I ordered this on the strength of all the excellent reviews, but unfortunately my experience was very different.It arrived in 2 days, and I studied the directions, bought marking flags, and set up the first collar. It wasn't too difficult to set up. However when I tried to set the boundary markers using the collar as a guide, I found that it activated inconsistently- and often lost connection with the satellite even though the device registered 16 satellites in range. The main issue though is that the device activates when it loses connection with the satellite. So if the dog goes on the porch, under a tree or behind a thick bush; he triggers all the 'reminders' and they don't stop until he finds a space that accesses the satellite.I'm sorry it didn't work; it would have been great to be able to provide a safe and largely unrestricted area for my pets to play in.

These are the best boundary collars. I love that they come with different colored collars to tell them apart for my two dogs. Easy to set up and my dogs respond well to the warnings of leaving their boundaries. The batteries last a long time, making them very convenient to use. I highly recommend purchasing!

Amazing solution for my dog who keeps escaping, especially for big open land and hot weather. It worked instantly on him. Easy to use, durable, battery can be charged every couple days. Works perfect !
