I returned the product. I gave it a two stasr because the training mode is great, but the fence mode... The fence perimeter is too inconsistent. One minute the perimeter was fine, the next, my poor pup was being shocked in my porch (well within the set perimeter). It works too inconsistent & my pooch got lit up without warning. Don't waste your $$$.

DO NOT USE AS FENCE. Using in training mode the collar functions well. The battery port cover became loose within a week and we had to keep electrical tape on it to keep it closed. The fence mode malfunctioned severely, even after setting and testing it multiple times. The first time it was placed on our dog the signal line had jumped 20 feet without us knowing, which caused the dog to receive excessive unnecessary shocks. Collar also doesn't give beep warnings before shocking, as is described. Because of the fear it caused, it can no longer be used in any mode with our dog.

The range is very inconsistent for fence mode. It beeps and shocks at random. Sometimes in training mode it just dosnt work at all. After the 1st day of using the collar the charge port cover won't stay closed and even with a full charge off the charger the charge status never shows full. I don't believe I will be purchasing this brand again.

We have attempted to use this multiple times and it randomly shocks our lab. He can be sitting next to the transmitter and it just goes off for no reason. I do not recommend.

I have no issues yet and I was actually looking for something to keep her close when we are outside playing where there is no fence. Also we camp and go places were she can roam free. But we have a limit so This will be helpful plugged in the camper and keeping her with in a radius from us. I have had a better electric fence before but that was name brand and high priced.

Training colors are a must have. This one is very good quality. Is rechargeable with a good battery life. It’s got a sleek look and easy to use.

I have a 1 year old Border Collie who loves to run outside. Unfortunately, I’m unable to have a fixed fence where I live, so with a little training, this product gave me the ease of mind to have my dog run around outside unhindered. Directions are clear, so read them! Excellent battery life, great price point, and helps with peace of mind. What else could a puppy parent ask for?

We bought this because our dog wouldn't stop wondering around the streets when he was out of his cage. I needed something to help and I came across this item. The day we received it, it only took my dog getting zapped once and beeped at a few times to learn! Now, all the collar has to do is beep and he is right back on the porch sitting. I love having the freedom of letting my dog out and not having to worry if he is roaming around the neighborhood. Very good option to use to train your dog.
