Medium Roast develops a structured cup with dark berry and cherry top-notes. A bold and rich chocolate base note balance this Colombia Supremo raw coffee's complex fruit notes. Soft notes of toffee linger in the finish.
Dark and Espresso roast profiles will develop variations of chocolate notes that pair well with this coffee's delicate fruit top-notes. Brews an absolute dream espresso when roasted darker.
