That is what you get when you get the cheapest tool. The wrench opens up and rounds the flare nut on my fuel line. It may work for less rusted cars. I bought something better for my 15 years pickup: a crowfoot flare nut wrench. Worked much better.

Great Product for the money. These Wrenches have a slight angle at each end. Every flare nut wrench that I have used has a slight amount of play when they are applied to a fitting.

These wrenches are cheap so don't expect high torque without the wrench flexing and slipping. Purchased for the 3/8" and it was way oversized. The metric set of these I measured to be tighter in fit. In addition to flare wrenches I recommend crows foot wrenches. As they allow the use of a ratchet and will not flex under high torque.

Can’t beat the price eight dollars for six sizes. So far works well I only used the10 mm one for some brake lines and a brake fluid flush. They should be fine for household use.

I bough these wrenches in order to do a brake job and they have been working pretty well except for the sizes being just slightly too big for specific measurements. The 10mm almost stripped my bleeder valve on the drum brakes on my vehicle because the valve was soft metal and the wrench was just a little bit too big, but every other 10mm I have fits perfectly.Aside from being the aforementioned issue, they work pretty well and were very inexpensive.
