Great colors. It was difficult to choose but I settled on the yellow for visibility. There are quite a few reflectors so almost any color choice will be a good one. I have a lot of old trees on my property and have had some close calls with falling branches when pruning. It' no fun to get whacked with spiked gum balls either, especially the ones falling from 25 feet. This helmet seems very sturdy. It has a nice suspension system which which in addition to providing protection, allows for good air flow. The helmet fit me just fine right out of the box but it does have a size adjustment dial. For my purposes it's quite comfortable to wear.

This Green Devil hard hat is very comfortable and well designed. The helmet is more reminiscent of rock climbing head protection than an old school hard hat. The harness is nicely fitted with rubberized pads front and back and the adjustment process is simple but effective. One pull strap to tighten the chin piece, and the standard rear dial to tighten the circumference. The helmet is vented and has fittings for attaching a headlamp. The product is designed so well as a set and forget type of protection you will forget you are wearing it. All of this, and it is ANSI certified Z 89.1, Type 1 Class C head protection.

This is a comfortable and easy to put on construction hat. I was able to adjust the chin strap easily so that this sat on my head comfortably. I also like the clean look.

Comfortable to wear even for extended periods, just wish the length of the straps that go on either side of the ear was more adjustable. Solidly made and marked with all the correct safety standards. Definitely feels like it’ll hold up for a while. Got the orange for ease of visibility.

This arrived in a unique box that displayed some of the helmet. Inside was the helmet and all it's internal parts, and a small manual.This safety helmet is great. It fits a variety of head sizes and is fairly easy to adjust. Adjusting the chin strap is a little tricky at first but once it is done it fits snuggly and you will not have to adjust it again. The cup that goes under your chin is soft rubber or silicone, and is quite comfortable.The inside of the helmet is well padded and comfortable to wear for long periods of time. It has adjustable air vents that you can open or close to keep your head comfortable on warm or cold days. This helmet has all the attachment points necessary to add safety accessories like ear protectors or face guards should you need them (these are purchased separately). It has reflectors all around it as an added safety feature.You can pick from a variety of colors that are bright and vibrant and easy to see, or a black one if you want a more subdued look.This is perfect for our use around the house as protection during a tornado, or when working in our wooded back yard. There are numerous activities where you really need to wear a safety helmet to protect yourself, and this is really nice to have. Green Devil helmets exactly like this have already saved my head from taking hits when trimming branches from trees in the backyard.I have no cons. I think this is good value for your money as it is a very good safety helmet that would last through many years of service.

I got this to add to my tree cutting/chainsaw gear. I have a lot of trees on my property and am always running a chainsaw. I have had a few close calls with widow-maker limbs falling right next to me, so I have been wearing a hard-hat. I have an older aluminum hat that works good, but lacks the cushioning these newer hats have. This sits much higher on the head, which is very comfortable and should offer another measure of protection. My only complaint after wearing it for a little bit was the chin-strap needs an upgrade. The chin-strap is plastic and does not breath. My chin was sweating after just a little use. I will need to switch out what came with this, to use this for any amount of time, but overall its a great helmet.
