This electric blanket is nice and soft and used to heat up well. It lasted 4 winter months until it quit and won't turn on anymore. I don't think that is long enough to warrant any more stars.UPDATE: Before I threw out the blanket, I noticed a QR code on the tag to contact the company. I did get in touch with them, and they refunded me the purchase price right away. I experienced terrific customer service! I just wanted to add that the company stands behind the product.

Worked well for a while then it suddenly died. No warning. Power is refusing to turn on. Like most blankets of this variety I got about a year use out of it. It's a nice blanket by itself and the heat helped my chronic pain tremendously.

Soft pretty blanket that doesn't heat evenly and the remotes only true off is unplugging it...even though there's a power button. Will blink F2 if plugged in w/o being attached to blanket instead of ya know...just powering off. TF you paying $60 for? Get something elseThe only redeemable feature is its pretty color & texture it's a shame they flopped literally everything else
