Gave it 3 stars. After my original purchase 3 months later the cord no longer worked. It wouldn't come in. Company replaced the whole blanket for free. Now after the blanket was replaced on Sunday (Mother's Day) plug the blanket up and then went to sit down I moved the cord so I wouldn't sit on it. The cord exploded. Yes exploded! Contacted the company once again. They then refunded the whole order. 3 stars for fast response and replacements.

I LOVE IT!!! It’s so comfortable and I have my favorite color (PINK)! Just wish it heated at the ends but it’s great quality!!!

Stopped functioning six weeks after purchase. Don’t see any option for support or to replace the cord. Would not recommend.
