Yes after 2 surgeries the hand grips definitely are helping me gain strength in my hand . But it's up to you the individual to do a steady routine of using them.

I am a fairly serious collector of hand strengthening devices. I have my fair share of different types, all of which are name brand and they weren't exactly cheap. So when I saw this product, that has the same design as one of the name brand products that I own, I had to have it. The price is extremely reasonable for this product.

I’ve used higher-end versions like Grip Master for years, and this is a good entry-level alternative.The value for the price is excellent, breaking down to about $4 per hand gripper.
