This is exactly what I was hoping to get when I ordered it. I'm working on increasing the strength in my hand after surgery. My therapist said to get this to do my at home exercises.

Before i had this, i used to have trouble hanging from Trees. Sometimes i would go from branch to branch but then i would fall because my grip was not strong enough. Not anymore!! I can fly through the jungles of skull island all thanks to this fancy device. Sometimes on skull island i find these delicious nuts called walnuts but i cant crack them open. Not a problem anymore with this device, it acts as a nut cracker as well. The ape is happy now!

Last year I spent nearly a month in hospital with double pneumonia. When I came home, I had lost a lot of weight and suffered severe muscle atrophy in my arms. As part of my recovery process, I have used and am still using the Longang grip strengthener, and it has helped marvellously. I make about 200 to 300 repetitions a day and the transformation is amazing - my arm muscles are better than they were before my hospital stay. It is no substitute for gym work, but is an invaluable supplement.

10/7/20 UPDATEI previously wrote this review. The manufacturer sent me a replacement. Unfortunately that one just broke too. The metal band behind the adjustment knob is cheap and breaks. See pics. I put a zip tie on to hold it. I would suggest using a zip tie in any of these pieces of equipment BEFORE they break. And they will.This piece of exercise equipment looks good but has no durability. The metal band behind the adjustment knob broke 3 days after the 30 days return period. Then the next day, the main spring broke. It’s a cheap item but should certainly last more than a month. When the metal ring broke, I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon. And I put a zip tie on it to hold it together. Now with the main spring broken it can’t be fixed or used and there is no option for return or contacting the manufacturer.8/27/20This is a follow up to my review. I was able to contact the seller who got back to me promptly and sent a replacement item. I will use and evaluate the replacement. But I the meantime I give this seller 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For customer service 😊Update 3/2/21Unfortunately, this replacement item broke again. Spring just broke with normal use.I don’t recommend buying this item. Materials are cheap and gripper does not hold up to normal use.
