ive definitely noticed my jack sesh's have become much less physically demanding. Overall Much quicker nut. I can definitely recommend this product .

This is a very simple exercising device that helps increase your grip strength. It is very comfortable and fits my hand well. I used it a couple times a day for a few weeks now and I can tell a difference in my fore arms and my grip is much stronger.

I will admit, when I first opened the box and saw all the different parts and pieces, I wasn’t sure if something had to be assembled together before using lol. There were no instructions on how to use the grip strength trainers as this was my first time purchasing; how each one helps, etc. My karate instructor had to explain each one to me.I didn’t realize there were multiple types of trainers, which I came to appreciate the variety. Bought these to improve motor strength.

This has been used on a hand after serious injury…. The products all work great and in very little time after using it, the scar tissue was all broken up and strength has been regained! Exceptional performance!

It has an easy way to change the weight and I like how it keeps count of every rep after every squeeze. It’s very easy to use and I’ve used it in various different places, would recommend!
