I actually bought this mat for my cat who has chronic pain but also for myself because I wake up with back pain. As soon as I laid it down on the bed my cat wouldn’t get off it for over 20 mins which is not like her. That in itself gives the mat a 5 star rating. I’ve been waking up with no back pain as well. I have a good feeling about this mat and feel like it works! I’ll update as more information comes.

I am using this mat for my massage table and am so impressed as it not only helps me ground, it helps my clients. I find it is helping me to be less exhausted and do better work for my clients.
