We bought a grounding mat first since it was cheaper to test the waters. My husband did not believe these worked before we tried them. He was amazed. He woke up pain free in his hips and legs that were painful daily. He slept deeper and longer and felt more rested. i also noticed that he hardly snores anymore. I feel more rested in the morning and I like the sheets better because they don’t cause me to have vivid dreams like the mat did. We sleep in our underwear so our bare skin touches the sheets. I feel like I get better results that way but you can still get benefits with pajamas on. The sheets are also comfortable like sleeping on a regular sheet. Highly recommend to anyone with pain or sleep apnea and insomnia. I think these will benefit you.

Having chronic pain, I decided to give this a try. Easy to put on and checked to see if it was grounding(it was!). I then spent 4 horribly uncomfortable nights. At first, I thought it was just me. But it persisted. Took the sheet off and will try without. It does not work! I will return the sheet. Very disappointing! You’d think these companies should be penalized for false advertising!

Looks to be good quality. However I did not receive the grounding cable or the tester with the sheet.

I can only imagine how many people bought this product thinking they were grounded. And have been using this for a while thinking they have been grounding themselves at night. Multiple problems here:Disclaimer: the cheap USB tester they give you is not an effective way to test continuity on the system, it only test the threads on the sheet itself, which will always read good. You nee to make sure you are getting continuity all the way from the ground socket, to the fitting on the sheet, and that the sheet is reading continuity into the threads from the fitting. You need a real multi meter.- The cable we received did not have continuity between both ends. I split the cable into two and stripped back the wire. The ground adapter side into the wall had continuity, however the button end that pushes into the blanket did not have a solid connection to the wire. To fix that, I cut open the molded plastic and re-soldered the wire onto the button end.- The fitting / adapter on the sheet does not make a consistent / solid connection to the sheet itself. I have done numerous continuity readings on my multi meter. The button adapter is sewn onto the sheet and "floats" on top of the sheet. If the sheet is stretched "just' right or is being pressed against the button adapter it WILL read continuity. However, this is NOT realistic and 99% of the time, the button adapter will not make a connection with the threads in the sheet. To fix this; I used a larger binder clip and folded the sheet ONTO The adapter. From there I have taken readings and it makes a solid connectionI can NOT speak to the actual benefits this sheet may provide us, or if it even works. However, as packaged, the sheet does NOT provide a solid connection to ground. If you are not properly testing and making the provisions needed, you have a faulty product out the gate and you are sleeping on an overpriced bed sheet providing you with no extra benefits.
