This grounding sheet exceeded my expectations. I'd been sleeping on a narrow black rubbery-plasticky Earthing sheet and pillowcase (from the original Earthing company) for about 4.5 years and had gotten used to them. So I was surprised by how much more comfortable I've been sleeping on this "new and improved" organic-cotton grounding sheet (along with a corresponding pillowcase upgrade).This sheet is lovely: it feels good against the skin, stays in place *perfectly* even on my 3"-thick DIY wool-batting mattress substitute (a problem I anticipated having but didn't), and it's sooo nice to be able to ground myself across the entire width of my bed instead of having to stay confined to a narrow strip.I've tested this sheet a few ways--with a couple different gizmos plus my sensitive cat--to make sure it was truly grounding, and it passed. I like the fact that it's made from organic cotton, as well as that it has 10% conductive silver (vs. only 5% in some other products). Highly recommended.

Hard to tell I've only had it for I think four nights of sleep. I don't feel anything one way or the other different so I'm gonna wait a while to see if it changes anything.

Great sheets and easy to use. They have definitely improved my sleep, very comfy sheets and fit my mattress perfectly. Easy to care for.

Do you feel like grounding might be a silly fad that does not do much? I would have felt that way about 10 years ago so don't feel bad. Now, however, they are essential for our survival and I am not exaggerating. My experience with these will not be like everyone's, but I can tell you what it is like for someone who needs to have these sheets.WHAT ARE THESE FOR?Things were going so well until they put a huge upgraded cell tower near our home. That turned our happy healthy lives into a nightmare. Part of the issues with the radiation is that the excess build up in the body leads to agitation, pain, and endless sleepless nights. No deep sleep happens at one point- ever. This makes the body break down more because it does not get the rest.The principle of these sheets is to drain off that extra build up of EMF radiation so that you can sleep and reduce the symptoms.FABRICThis is a fitted sheet only. I am going to rate this sheet and give you information if you need to have a stronger use of this sheet for situations like ours too. This sheet is a decent cotton. It is not the same as our bamboo sheets which I dearly miss, but it does provide comfort and breathes well. The silver content is high enough to be effective. It is not any thicker than a typical cotton sheet and it is not too thin either.SNAPThe snap outlet is interesting. It is put on the INSIDE of the sheet so that the black patch is touching the mattress vs being on the outside of the sheet to catch on. The snap comes up through the sheet to snap the cord onto. It is on the edge of the mattress not the top which is a HUGE plus for me. I don't like catching my feet or hands on the patch that is on the upper edge of some of the sheets.HOW TO USEFirst you have to get a grounding outlet tester. If you have properly grounded outlets then you can use these in your wall outlets, extension strips, or adapter which allows you to put more than one in a single outlet. Outlet testers are around $10 and worth having.Once you have determined that it is safe to use, you then plug in the cord that comes with the sheet and snap the other end onto the sheet which is already on the bed.WHAT TO EXPECTNow, everyone is at a different level of radiation exposure. As the body continues to build up to tolerance, it will vary how much of a difference you will feel with this sheet. If you are under heavy build up from towers, solar farms, wind turbines, and devices, wifi, etc, then you will probably feel a tingle or prickly feeling when you first use the sheet. That should stop after an hour at the very most and then after a few days you won't feel it at all.That tingle is nerves firing as the build up is slowly coming off of the body.If you are not that bad, you might not notice that much on this sheet. Don't worry, as they put more and more towers and 5g boxes up, you will eventually get to the point you will need help. Having this sheet handy is not a bad idea.CAN YOU USE EARTHING CORDS AND OUTLET ADAPTERS WITH THIS?The good news is that you can use Earthing Brand coiled cords and outlet adapters with this sheet. The snaps fit. They have protection from kick back during storms, etc.WHAT IF YOU DON'T HAVE GROUNDED OUTLET?If you don't have a grounded outlet, you can get a grounding stake from the Earthing company and use that to run a line in the home to plug the sheet into.WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO USE THIS SHEET?If you are plagued by this type of issue like we are, this sheet will not be enough to really help a lot. The best way to use this sheet is to get a pillow cover and mattress cover which are black and slip over the top of the mattress and you zip it in place over your pillow. They are the type that Earthing company has. Those get plugged in. Once those are on, this sheet fits over the mattress cover and then you put a grounded pillow case over the pillow cover. The sheet and pillowcase do not have to be plugged in but ride on the grouning capabilities of the covers. That works best for me. Then I add not only a grounded flat sheet on top but also a grounded blanket for cooler nights.WHAT THIS SYSTEM DOES FOR USWe all have had to put these on our beds. This has changed a lot. We can now sleep at night, have an easier time of dealing with the horrible issues during the day that we have to cope with but the bedding has been a lifesaver for us. The animals that have not died from this, love to be on the sheets too.HOW TO CARE FOR THISThis sheet is best cared for by remembering this list-no bleach-no oxy clean type cleaners-no essential oils-no harsh detergents-no fabric softeners-no creams before bed-no body oils before bed-air dry if possible or use VERY LOW dryer settingWHAT CAN YOU USEThe best thing we have found for washing these sheets is soap nuts. They not only clean the best, but they leave the fabric soft and clean smelling despite no perfumes. There is an extract called 18X which is a liquid. A tiny bit will wash this sheet nicely. A small bottle goes a LONG way.THE BOTTOM LINEThese sheets have been a life saver for us, and for friends who have used them. By itself, this fitted sheet works, but for hard situations, full bedding as described in review is best.MY RATINGOf all of the grounding sheets I have tried, this is one of the nicest feeling. I like the side patch vs top of the sheet, and the size fits my bed which is around 14 inches thick. I always use mattress corner elastic clips though to hold them in place so even if they shrink, they will still stay on well.

I have been sleeping like a baby since I got these grounding sheets! I really noticed lower pain in my legs and back, I get more quality sleep, and I feel a definite decline in my overall inflammation everyday. I couldn't recommend this higher! These sheets are life changing. Everyone should start sleeping grounded!

This fitted sheet was easy to wash and even to dry in the dryer on low heat (following instructions the sheet came with). It fits perfectly fine. Additionally, there's nothing wrong with the comfort of the sheet; it's neither particularly soft or rough. The product pictures show pillowcases and the product title suggests a plurality. So, the most important thing to know about this sheet is that it is just a single fitted sheet. I did not try plugging in the electric grounding, although it looks easy to do. I cannot say if sleeping on the sheet has increased my sleep quality or energy; I have slept normally while using it. The appearance of the sheet is also fine. In my opinion this product is not a good value for the price.

These sheet is made of nice soft organic cotton that doesn't shrink too much in the laundry. It is well-made and neatly stitched, which may probably help it serve longer. The silver thread grid looks not bad and doesn't bother me.I think it is somewhat overpriced, though. I realize that it has 90% organic cotton and 10% silver thread, but for the price (currently around $100 for Queen size) you get not a complete bedding set, but just the fitted sheet, an electric cord and a snap on the sheet to attach the cord.After reading the manual, I checked and realized that no outlet in our apartment (and, apparently, in the whole building) is grounded, so I can't make use of the grounded feature, unless I somehow find a way to connect the cord to the central heat radiator, or think of some other trick. So for now, it will serve as a replacement fitted sheet.

Arrived during a storm unboxed so the sheets were drenched. There is an unpleasant smell to them. I have washed them several times to get the smell out with no luck. They do fit the bed well but are coarse feeling. I feel no difference in my sleep quality either. I would not recommend this product.
