Feel no better, no less inflammation, no less tired. Very thin and they slip around on thle mattress. Not impressed at all. Queen is too big for my Q mattress. Edit: I just washed them. They are all pilled. I will never buy from this company again. I wish I’d returned them, but like a dummy, I thought they’d work eventually. My bad.

At 54, I’ve had my fair share of sleep issues, aches, waking up in the middle of the night, just feeling tired even after a full night’s rest. I’d heard about grounding sheets before but was honestly a bit skeptical. Still, I figured it was worth a try, and I’m glad I gave these a shot.I got the navy blue fitted grounding sheet, and setting it up was way easier than I expected. You just connect the cord to the sheet, then plug it into the ground port of a wall outlet. It even comes with a tester so you can make sure the outlet is properly grounded. That gave me some peace of mind right off the bat.The sheet itself feels great. It’s made of mostly organic cotton with a bit of silver fiber, and it's soft and breathable, not stiff or scratchy like I was afraid it might be. The deep pockets and elastic edges keep it in place all night, even when I move around. No slipping or bunching.After using it for a couple of weeks, I really did notice a difference. I’ve been sleeping deeper, waking up less, and even some of the soreness in my back and legs seems to have eased up a bit. Could just be better rest, but whatever it is, I’ll take it. It’s also nice knowing it’s safe, with a built-in resistor in the cord and durable materials that are made to last.I also like that it came with everything I needed, cord, tester, and even a pen to check conductivity. That kind of all-in-one setup made the whole process feel simple and complete.If you're curious about grounding or just looking for a new way to improve your sleep, I'd definitely recommend giving this a try. For me, it's been a small change that made a noticeable difference. The severe leg cramping I was experiencing nightly has been reduced to almost nothing and I tend to drift off to sleep quicker.

I love them!!! I sleep like a baby on them and have less joint pain than before. If you're on the fence I say give them a try they work! They fit my 15" mattress snug so definitely wash on cold and dry on low or no heat to keep them from shrinking 👌
