The grounding fitted sheet is a simple and effective grounding method. Using it is like walking barefoot on the grass, continuously transporting the earth's energy to the body.
There are many benefits of grounding, including eliminating static electricity, improving sleep, reducing stress, quick recovery.
The grounding fitted sheet is very simple to use, you can spread it on the mattress like a normal bed fitted sheet, then snap the grounding connection cord onto the metal stud on the side of the grounding fitted sheet black conductive leather, and plug the other end of the ground wire into the grounding jack of the wall outlet.
The grounding fitted sheet can be machine washed, and liquid detergent can be used, but please do not use bleach/fabric softeners/whitening detergents or oxi-detergents. It can be line dried or dried in a dryer on low, but not at high temperature.
The following is the grounding test method, it is not necessary, you can try it if you are interested.
Step1: Prepare grounding fitted sheet, connection cord, and multimeter (it is not included in this grounding products set).
Step2: Adjust the multimeter range over to 200 kiloohms (this step is very important, if the range selection is wrong, the multimeter reading will be 0).
Step3: Measure both ends of the connection cord with the multimeter. If the resistance is 100 kiloohms, it means that the conductivity is normal.
Step4: Snap the connection cord onto the metal stud on the grounding fitted sheet. Then connecting one end of the multimeter to the connection cord plug, and the other end to the silver fiber on grounding fitted sheet. If the multimeter shows a valid reading, it indicates that the conductivity of the entire grounding sheet is normal.

Top of the Placid Blue Queen size sheet is cut too small by about 1 1/2" on top and bottom of the sheet. So when the sheet is on the mattress, the side panels, top and bottom are part of the top sheet covering on the mattress. The sheet was washed and dryer dried on low, so doubt there was any shrinking. And there's plenty of room on the side panels of the sheet. This sheet material is also much thinner than the three sheets (2 in beige and one in a grey color no longer listed as available) I have had with great experiences the past 1 1/2 to 2 years. The Placid Blue Sheet tested for connectivity when placed on the bed. A disappointing experience from a company that provided a quality product three times before. Makes me wonder if the lower price is to move this less-than-desirable product out of inventory. It looks cheap and not well made.

My daughter is really enjoying her grounding sheets. I have them in my bed & she loves sleeping on them, so I decided to buy her a set for her bed.She really notices the difference in her sleep with the grounding sheets vs none.The color is nice & the sheets are soft after a wash. They're really easy to set up and even easier to use (just sleep on them!). Price was good & quality looks good too. I would get another set!

Sheets are reasonably priced. Very soft and smooth to the touch. Fits perfectly on a twin or a twin XL. The grounding didn’t bother me. I have read that people can feel a certain energy, but that didn’t happen to me. I actually felt calm and relaxed when going to sleep. These sheets usually are very expensive but this is very reasonable to try. The high quality of very worth it.

The sheet itself is great quality, breathable, fits very well on a 12" thick queen. Grounding doesn't help me, personally. I notice no difference, so either the cord/ground doesn't work on the sheet or grounding has no effect on me. Great sheet, otherwise.

I like how the sheet fit the mattress. Sheet has good elastic and deep sides to stay on the mattress. It feels like I have a better sleep.
