I ordered the twin XL grey grounding sheet for my narrow twin bed, and while it was slightly large, it tucked in just fine and stays in place. I’ve been looking for a sheet for my twin bed. This one fit perfect. Hugged the bed like it was made for it. The most important thing about this set, DO NOT get it wet. Keep anything liquid away from this . There is a warning that it can electric shock. So I’d say if you have little ones keep it away from them. The fabric is super comfortable. In love with cotton. When washing make sure you use warm water and not hot or cold. Overall, great material, love the color, and it’s really cool to use.

I felt the grounding affects the first night. My sleep is 100% improved and I wasn’t sleeping poorly before. They are very soft and comfortable. However I have had them two weeks and already they are starting to peel. Price wise they are great for seeing if grounding will help, but I won’t be purchasing them again. My husband hates peeling sheets so I need a higher quality sheet.It also only has the bottom sheet and isn’t a set. I was a bit confused with that.

I been sleeping on my grounding sheet for one week now and it has been absolutely amazing. I sleep more soundly without waking up to use the bathroom 2 or 3 times like I used too. I had some great nights sleep and feel very refreshed when I wake up. I do suffer with varicose veins in my legs, no more pain or or bulging. What an unbelievable product.
