Its not 110cfm. Its closer to 70. I can appriciate some of the features but i dont like the exaduration of the cfms.

This fan has not been installed yet, so I'd like to review only the produc itself at this time. It seems to be well made, with all parts included. The design is modern enough, and a definite upgrade from the old, broken fan currently installed. It includes instructions that are easy to read. I will update this review if there are any issues with or after installation. St the moment, everything seems just right.

Its compact size is perfect for my small bathroom. The 110CFM airflow is more than sufficient, and the dehumidifying effect is particularly good. What surprised me most is that the noise level is only 1.0 Sone; you can barely hear it running. The sheet metal material also looks very refined and durable. The installation process was also very simple; I did it myself.
