Wear it every day, all day, 8-12 hours at a clip. Comfortable and actually fits. Just spend the money, stop using the garbage ones your company provides!

This is easily the most comfortable harness I've ever worn. The padding is thick, and in every place it needs to be. The only downside I've discovered is that the extra padding, while breathable, does cause a bit of extra sweating in those areas, but it's an easy trade-off for the comfort. I have no problem wearing this through my entire work day.A note about sizing: Most harnesses seem to be built in three size ranges; "small", "universal" (large to huge), and "XL" (even more huge). I very much dislike trying to tie off or hide a lot of extra webbing, or let it dangle around while I'm working, so I took a chance on the small. I'm a slender 6', about 160lbs. and this ended up fitting me perfectly, but I'm near the very end of the torso straps, and have about 2-3 inches left in the legs (there's plenty of room in the chest, which I have as tight as possible).
