Our guinea pig likes to go up the ramp and sit up there. She moved quickly the one time and the side fell thankfully she was not hurt. We glued the fastening part so it won’t fall apart because she loves the house. Other than that it’s a great shelter

This went together fairly well. It didn't come printed instructions, so we did have to refer to the listing. It is sturdy when together, just make sure you have the ramp set up in the correct direction so it is sturdy!

This is a really nice guinea pig castle. It was a bit tricky to assemble, as it came with no instructions. It is a solid, unfinished wood, so it's safe for the piggies. The ramp is nicely carpeted. It is at a good angle for our younger piggies to go up and down on. The castle itself has nice, large doors, so even our larger piggies can fit. The top comes with a nice pillow, so our little piggies like sitting up top. It's a great castle for our whole herd for 4 piggies.

Piggies like hiding in it, the ramp fell off when they tried going up, can’t seem to secure it, maybe it’s because they are overweight. So I removed it.
