Our Syrian hamster loves this filled with sand to bathe in. She can get in and out easily and it's very easy to clean. It also doubles as a litter box as she has started to almost litter train herself (most of the time she pees in this instead if her cage hedding). Would highly recommend this for sand baths or as a mini litter box.

If you plan on using this for anything about the size of a syrian hamster, then it'll be tighter than you'd like. You have to leave the top off. I wanted to see if mine would use this as his bathroom and the larger enclosed one as the bath. No.....but one of my biggest gripes is that it really isn't 90 degree. It leaves a quarter inch or less of space where the hamster trips into or gets stuff trapped behind it. If it isn't accidentally tipped then stuff is always stuck behind it.

Even though my little hammies haven't "bathed" in this, it has been somewhat helpful in the cleaning of the cage. They definitely use it as a litter box a good portion of the time.

Gerbil- Chip chewed it up and way to small for him. Not worth the money. Don’t waste your money on this.

My hamster really love her potty tray, I put sand in it and she loves going in it. It's brand new and no scratch at all, not like what I have read on other reviews. The only downside is, it's somewhat hard to close the lid to make sure my hamster wont tip over the sand if not properly closed.

I absolutely love these little bathrooms. This helped me potty train my hamster! She pees in there, making it easier to clean up.

Good size, but you can see the product had already been used. Wasn’t cleaned out. There is all this litter dust on it and on the small shovel it has more sticky stains on it. The clear plastic has scratches. Looks like they were made by a hamster with its little nails.
