At first my piggy wasn't keen on the long fleece, and he kept chewing the strands that dangle from the top piece. After 1 week though, it has become my piggy's 2nd favorite hide out!

I cant say that it's chew proof because my ferrets haven't tried to chew it but they love to lay in it and it is big enough for my 2.5# ferret.

Overall well made, great looking. The ferrets did manage to pull it apart within 2 weeks, but can be fixed easily.

My piggies fight for this one even though they have 2, they love sleeping in it, curling up, sometimes even bringing treats in there. They also love to poo in there, but it's easily cleanable and you can just throw it in the wash for a major clean!!
