I had to return this item because it didn't fit my car properly. However, it seemed very sturdy and would have been perfect for hauling anything if it had fit.

As stated, the rubber used as “grips” for inside the door well is not even remotely proper for the job. I had a small roof rack up on top with a cargo back and when coming to a somewhat swift stop from around 35mph, the entire roof rack came off and landed on my windshield and hood, then into the ditch. Do yourself a favor and find a setup that gives you proper gear. The setup could’ve worked if it wasn’t made out of cheap pvc/plastics.Don’t buy this if you feel even remotely skeptical. I made that mistake myself and unfortunately was a victim of moderate marketing on a subpar product.
