This is super easy to use. Attachments are user friendly and it suctions to the counter to give it a sturdy hold. It's dishwasher safe which is huge bc this would be difficult to hand wash. The barrel attachments stack nicely which makes for easy storage. My only complaint would be that that last sliver of cheese tends to get stuck between the spinning barrel and the machine which I then have to remove and try to shred again. A pain but still easier than hand shredding.

I love this rotary cheese grater. I have used a box grater my whole life and am so glad I tried this rotary style. It is very simple to put together and stays stuck to my countertop really well. It is very easy to grind and powers through cheese very quickly. I made my own mix for tacos using cheddar, Colby jack and Monterey jack. I used the smallest grind, and the mix was very tasty. I highly recommend this rotary grater and am glad I bought it.
