This is the most hardest piece of furniture we have ever had to put together. The instructions were not properly explained, visual, but no explanations. There was a QR code. A video with instructions opposite of the ones included. I wanted to return the item but my husband thought of it as a challenge . He almost completed the chair. Still missing screws. Unfortunately the chair was not what we were expecting. He hardly uses it all. Sorry I purchased the chair and sorrier it wasnโt returned. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

I bought this chair for my elderly spouse. The seat of the Chair ended up too low to the floor and it was difficult getting out of the chair. We decided to return it. The policy stated 30 day refund as long as it was in the original package. I put the chair back in the original wrapping and box and note they refuse to provide a full refund. The 1st email they offered me a $15 refund on a $200 chair and said try to sell it. On the second email they offered $30 and try to sell it. I have reported them to Amazon, neither of these are a full refund. IF YOUR NOT THIS CHAIR WILL WORK FOR YOU, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!

My husband was able to assemble in less than an hour. Very comfortable & relaxing. Good value for the price. Very sturdy.Nice feature to recline as long as you donโt try to lay flat, but obviously the were meant to be a recliner. Really like them!

This is one perfect Chair to be comfortable after a surgery as it will let you rest and the service the provider is excellent. Very recommended if youโre planning on buying this chair.

I am enjoying this chair a lot. It is so comfortable. Iโve had a couple of naps in it. My only criticisms are that the side drink holder wonโt securely support much weight and can lean. And if you forget to unlock the reclining tab locks on the arms when coming out of the reclining position it will loosen the locks in future uses. I tightened them a bit and make sure I unlock them before going to the upright position and it works well.
