Other customers should know just because it says it will hold a specific weight on the item description doesn’t mean that’s what you will receive. Our chair was supposed to support 400 pounds. Item received says on the tag not to exceed 264 pounds. No truth in advertising.

Overall this chair is great. Very comfortable. My nephew and I took it camping and loved it.However, the rings that attach to the pins are terrible. After 1 weekend they were both stretched out. I can get better quality at at hardware store so it's not a huge issue but consider the price of the chair it would have been nice to have sturdier parts.

King Camp, great customer service!!The chair I ordered was broken, I tried to contact Amazon about it, but they kept saying I have to go to the manufacturer. I found out Amazon buys from manufacturers and sells them direct, but they won't fix or replace damaged goods.I contacted King Camp and they replaced the broken chair even though it wasn't their responsibility. I will order directly through them from now on.
