Works great! Provides the boost for you headphones because for whatever reason headphone makers keep the volume down to avoid lawsuits I guess.

I have been a tv audio guy for 30 years. I have needed some audio enhancements in recent years. I recently purchased this amplifier and was very pleased with the sound and size of this amp. After a couple of days using this with my PC,I plugged in the c connector and there was no female c connector to plug into. I shook the amp and could hear the connector rattling around inside. I really liked the sound and controls of the amp.so before I returned the defective one, I purchased another one. The exact same thing happened with the new one. I used it a couple of times and the very same thing happened again. I returned the first one and got a refund. I tried to return the second one, but I was too late. I am a very careful person as I use these things daily. I really believe there was a solder problem with this device. Definitely not up to Amazon's high standards.

Took me a minute to get the hang of it, I had never heard of a headphone amplifier before but the name intrigued me and after some googling I was pleased to find out it might be the solution to an occasional problem.This will require the old standard jack in headphone which you would push into the slot labeled for headphones before using the included AUX cable and pushing that into the slot labeled 'IN'. After that connect the other end of that device into whatever the source of sound you're going to be listening to is.The product has an optimistic view of how you'll use it including tablets and mobile phones as some of the options. I'm not sure how realistic that would be as I haven't used this product with a dongle and most current iPhone's now require you to use either a dongle converter or Bluetooth. If the dongle converter doesn't work then I'm not sure how realistic that would be.I personally used the product to listen to audio on my laptop and I was quite impressed. The sound cranked up quite high and the quality was very nice. I didn't hear a single hiss or whine to suggest there was anything wrong. Just an improved quality in sound. I quite liked it and the cost was appealing. The product itself is very well made and has a pretty purple shimmer painted onto a metal body that remains cool to the touch.I'd recommend it but I'd also caution to be wary you have the right headphones to work in conjunction with it.

After a couple days with this I would say it's ok, nothing to write home and brag to mom about. Information is absolutely false about the wattage. That's what steered me to buy it, 1500mW? I would say probably 300 to 400mW at best. I have several amps and this is average at best. I have a 500 mW amp and this doesn't even get close, I also have a 1000 mW amp that will blow your ears off lol. But to describe this as 1500 mW is deception because they deceived me.

I'll admit I'm not an audiophile so I have no idea how this thing works, I just know it does. I tested it with headphones and my computer and it worked great. So, I decided to connect it to my car stereo which has been giving me some issues. This worked amazingly I placed it between my Android auto device and my in dash stereo and the difference was immediately noticeable. My stereo has a bass boost button and I have always had issues with it, when it is on the vocals get drowned out and the bass sounds distorted messing with the equalizer has never managed to make it better. I hooked this up and the bass and vocals were clear and distinct. I have no idea how this works, but it does. It's amazing.

I love this amp.I own tens of headphones including all Sennheiser open end high impedance lineup, HD 600, 650, 700, 800.Also numerous headphone amps and dac/amps, Chord Mojo, OPPO HA2-SE, Onkyo DAC-HA200, Soundbaster E5, Fiio A5 Hi-Res, Topping NX3s Hi-Res, etc.This guy has the most powerful TI headphone amp chip and the design is absolutely great (am Electrical Engineer). The sound and specs are Hi-Res quality.They don't have the certification but that's just paperwork you have to pay for which is not really necessary if your design basically meets and/or exceeds it.it is no frills which I love.There are no gain/bass boost switches etc. Just line in, phone out and power/volume.No need trying to match your headphone and music using these switches. Just adjust your volume.If you are looking to buy a headphone amp, you already should have an equalizer app if you need to boost your music in any way.Great job with this amp and I'll be following you for the next product/s.

I’ll start by saying I love the power and sound from this device!Now, reason for low stars... Fit and finish and battery life. When I received it, the battery was flipping around inside the case. The actual amp was also loose inside. When plugging or unplugging headphones it would move. Simple fixes. I have yet to get more than 4 hours out of this device. And I’m not even using full volume, maybe 1/4 volume. I’ll keep it because I love the power of it. I rarely use it for 4 hours straight, so it’s not that big of an issue.
