Sufficient for low usage. Rings feel like 1/2 size of regular 3" 3ring binders. It would not hold up with a typical teenager carrying it .

The dividers have three punch holes that fit my binder well. There is a strip of plastic material that runs down the side with the holes to stop any tearing. The tabs have the same type of plastic. Each of the 3 sets of dividers also come with a set of sticky backed permanent labels that are just the right size for the tabs.My only issue is the paper used for the divider. In the add I felt I was ordering dividers that were thicker and stronger. That being noted, the dividers work well for my project and the reinforced holes will make up for the thinness of the paper and as I ordered 3 sets of 3 and stayed well within my budget for my little project I am quite happy with the the product and what I paid for them.

The notebook dividers are nice. They are made of thick paper and have reinforcement where the holes are punched. The tabs are large enough to write on or add a printed sticker.

I used these dividers in notebooks prepared for members of a committee. I didn't want anything fancy. I just wanted something to separate the material in the notebook into different subject categories. These dividers are perfect for the job and the price was very reasonable.

These are much more clean and professional looking than the traditional yellow dividers with bright colored tabs. Thick pages and compact tabs.
