I got this specifically for concealed carry while I wear leggings or workout shorts. We live in the desert where there are several different dangers, be it people or animals. After being chased down the road by a strangers dogs who left their yard, I haven't felt comfortable going for walks or runs in the area without some self defense. The only complaint with this is if you put your firearm behind you or to the side, it is harder to get to. Not matter what you need two hands to put it in and out of the sleeve. Thats the only real down side though. I jumped up and down, did a little jog, it stayed perfectly secure and was comfortable. This band fits great, isn't too snug where its restricting but isn't loose enough that it doesn't stay up. You can hold quite a bit. Anything from keys, phone, headphones, water bottles. There is one small individual spot but otherwise the band is one continuous loop. Which I actually like because then I'm not limited to certain sized items. This will make working out and walking much safer and hands free. But it can also be worn as a daily concealed carry holster any time youre wearing pants you cant strao a holster to, like leggings. Which is a great feeling.I highly recommend this for any man or woman for several different reasons. Great profuct. For sizing reference I wear a L-XL in pants.

I absolutely love this running belt! It’s one of the most thoughtfully designed waist packs I’ve used, and it’s incredibly versatile as it is perfect for both running and hiking. There are four open-top pockets that can comfortably fit soft water bottles, energy gels, a cell phone, or other small essentials. In addition, there’s a secure zippered pocket that's ideal for keys, cash, or anything you don’t want bouncing out while you’re on the move. One of my favorite features is the set of three reflective loops, which are great for clipping on small items like a light or ID tag. There’s also a set of two bungee cords across the front (or back, depending on how you wear it) that could be used to hold larger items like a lightweight jacket, walking poles, or even a larger water bottle if you’re hiking. I wouldn’t recommend using the bungee setup for running with a full bottle—it might bounce too much—but for walking or trekking, it's a really smart touch. The belt is lightweight, breathable, and true to size. It fits snugly without chafing or riding up, and the moisture-wicking material helps keep things comfortable even on longer outings. It's easy to attach a race bib to the material as well.Bottom line: If you’re looking for a running or hiking belt that offers exceptional storage, thoughtful features, and a comfortable fit, this one is an excellent choice. Highly recommended for trail runners, distance walkers, and anyone who needs a hands-free storage solution on the move.

This is a pull on 360 waist belt. The belt is pretty elastic so it form fits. Ordered the large but fit a men's medium size perfectly so you may want to size up. The zippered pocket is nice so that keys or an ID can't fall out. All other pockets are open type sleeves. There are two adjustable toggles that can be used to store hiking sticks but the weight of the sticks can also pull the top of the belt down. Overall it is a good design if you don't want to carry anything heavy.

This running belt is comfortable. I'm a man who wears 32-33 inch waist pants and the medium fits me well. The circumference is not adjustable and only has a limited amount of stretch, so I'd think you would want to go larger than medium if your waist was more than a couple inches larger than mine.It holds items well on the sides, even items as large as a phone or a 16 oz water bottle. However, when I tried to use the larger pouch in the rear, both the phone and water bottle I tested with moved up and down as I ran.The materials and construction are high quality. Water splashed on the surface doesn't bead, so it doesn't appear to be treated with water repellents. I like this as I definitely prefer untreated workout apparel. This does have a limited size that it fits, but it's well made and fits me well. I'm rating it at 4 stars because of how much even a relatively light object like my phone moved around in the large rear pouch when testing. If you stick your items at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions on your hips in the little pockets, this holds them pretty well. Just don't plan to put a medium sized water bottle in the back (which is what is shown in the manufacturer's picture) and you'll be good to go.

I really like this belt. I have lots of running belts, but only a few of this style. This belt has good stretch to it, but stays in place fairly well. I like the fact that it has a small zippered compartment. It won't hold anything large, but is a convenient place to put car keys (which is what I use it for). You could also put a small earbuds case in it. The rest of the pockets are mostly connected, with differing openings at the top of the belt. I keep my phone in the large front opening, which has a reflective tab that helps with locating the opening and pulling apart the fabric to facilitate reaching the items inside. To test out the stability, I placed a 500ml flask in the large back opening, which is where the product description indicates a flask should go. But a 500ml flask is just too much for this belt. The flask didn't fall out, but it made the entire belt bounce up and down with large movements until it was about half full. At that point, it was mostly stable. So I'd recommend a small flask no larger than 300ml at the most. This limits the functionality of the belt somewhat, as it means I can't use just this belt for longer runs. But overall, it's still a great option for shorter run days. It's low profile and easily fits under clothing. It's wide and doesn't fold over easily either. I am pleased with it and would recommend for runs up to about ten miles, depending on your access to fluids. If you have other means of hydration, I think this belt would likely be comfortable for longer runs.
